Machine base frame for the machine location in shaft headroom

The TW45C machine is used via a special headroom frame.
Suspension plates adapted to the contour of the gear housing (flange mount-
ing) are screw-connected on the face of the machine. Together with the
cross-beams, which are also screw-connected, this inner frame unit is moun-
ted via insulation elements in the headroom frame. 
A cover plate bolted between the suspension plates serves as a safety device
against the risk of falling for the traction sheave and performs the protective
functions for the rope entry points.

Mounting parts for machine on machine base frame TW45B

A set of screwed connection elements (M16 - 8.8) is available for mounting
the TW45C machine on the machine base frame TW45B O SR / M SR.

A modified mounting (4 x M16-10.9 – 190 Nm) is required for TW45C machine
use cases with horizontal or vertical upward rope departure - except for the
housing with flange mounting.

Installation instructions for machine base frame in the machine
room

The machine base frames are set up over impact soundproof elements 
(rubber block 100 x 100 x 50 mm high) in the machine room.
