Internal Components
1. Raise the barrel end of the Top Receiver (it is hinged at the rear end of the Top
Receiver). The rear hinge comes apart so you can set the Top Receiver aside. The
marker now looks like Figure 9.
2. Lift the
Linkage Arm
(64) from the
Front Bolt
(62) and the
Rear Bolt
(40). For re-assembly,
make sure the Linkage
Arm fits into the guides
on the
Power Tube
(49)
3. Slide the Front Bolt off of
the Power Tube. Lift the
Guide Pin
(45),
O-Ring
(43), and
Spring
(46) from the recessed area at the rear of
the marker. Lift the
Rear Bolt
(40) from the
marker.
4. CAREFULLY lift the Front Bolt and Power
Tube/Valve Body assembly straight up from the internal
Gas Line
(59).
5. The
Gas Line Joint
(60) unscrews from the
Power Tube
(49). The knurled
edge allows you to use your fingers to loosen and tighten (for re-assembly) this part.
Inspect the
O-Ring
(58) for damage, and replace
if damaged or worn.
Air Supply Adapter (ASA)
1. Place a flat tip screwdriver into the slot at the
bottom of the
Left Grip Cover
(20) and gently
pry upwards to remove the grip cover.
2. Remove two
ASA Screws
(18) and set aside.
3. Pull straight down on the
ASA
(19) to remove it
from the
Bottom Receiver
(2).
4. The Gas Line can be removed by pulling it straight down from the Bottom Receiver.
