Trigger Box Assembly
1. Place a finger on each end of the
Safety Pin
(33). Gently lift at
this point, and as you lift, slightly
pull towards the barrel end of the
marker, thereby lifting the entire
Trigger Box assembly from the
Bottom Receiver
(2).
2. Pull on the tab of the
Trigger
Box Spring
(37) and rotate over
the top of the Trigger Box.
3. Lay the Trigger Box on the
workbench (right side down)
and gently pry the left side of
the
Trigger Box
(36) off from
the assembly. The result should
look just like Figure 17.
4. Remove the
Trigger Link
(24) from the
Trigger
(38) and
Trigger Adapter
assembly
(25).
5. Remove the Trigger and
Trigger Spring by lifting from
the Trigger Box assembly. The
Trigger Adapter assembly has a
Spring
(26) inside the
Trigger
Return Slide
(28), somewhat
visible in Figure 18. There is no
need to remove the Slide from
the Trigger Adapter, other than
to replace the Spring.
6. Remove the
Sear
(29) by lifting
straight up from the right Trigger
Box half. Be sure to maintain
control of the
Spring
(30) while
removing the Sear.
7. Remove the Safety Pin by lifting
straight out of the right Trigger
Box half.
