3) From the 'APT Configuration Utility' window, click the 'Stage' tab.

4) In the ‘Stepper’ field, select the serial number of the stepper motor controller to be
configured.
5) In the ‘Channel’ field, select the channel number to be configured.
6) In the ‘Stage’ field, select the ‘ZST6’ actuator type from the list displayed (for a
6mm travel ZST actuator).
7) Click the 'Add Stage Association' button.
8) Shut down the APTConfig utility and start the APTUser utility to verify the ZST6
actuator settings just associated - see Section 4.3.
This is necessary because the server reads in the stage and controller information
on boot up.
