Checking If the Switch State Has Been Updated
To know if the SwitchState has been updated, proceed as follows:
1. In the commXmlParCommandType.0 leaf, send the following
command:
SET commXmlParCommandType.0 (integer) 19
2. In the commXmlParCommandBufferValue.0 leaf, write the string

SET commXmlParCommandBufferValue.0 (octet string)

"<UpdateSwitchStates/>"
3. Walk the table to see the response. The walk will reply only after the
next Switch State update has been performed.
