Independent configuration of the interfaces couples, for

When enabled, the GigE interface is link-down, then the TS
is sent on the back-up Gigabit Ethernet interface (if this
interface is link-up).

Manual restore required when the main GigE interface
comes up.

The GUI displays the GigE interface currently used for this
TS over IP output, and allows manual switching to the other
GigE interface.
