4.7.1 Sample Holders Connections
1 - The switch to turn ON the
power supply for spinning of
the sample holder. This
button is also used to power
the alignment camera during
service operation.
2 - A jack connector for the
12V power supply for
spinning the sample holder
(SSRT or SSRZ and capillary
sample holder). This
connector is also used to
power the alignment camera
during service operation.
3- A 4 pin circular connector
for the thin film sample
holder.
4 - A RJ45 connector for the
30 positions sample changer
(ASC30).
