MibSPI emulation is a mirror of the SPIBUF register. The only difference
between SPIEMU and SPIBUF is that a read from SPIEMU does not clear the
RCVR OVRN (SPICTRL3.2) or RXINTFLAG (SPICTRL3.0) bits.
