(13) Exclusion Zones

(a) Magnet

DANGER

Strong Magnetic Field Hazard.

Strong magnetic field can disrupt pacemaker operation and result in serious injury or death to a

pacemaker wearer.
STAY CLEAR FROM MAGNET.
The operator must stand out of the exclusion zones while the machine is operating. The magnetic

field can disturb pacemaker operation if within 3 metres.

WARNING

Flying Material Hazard

Materials discharged from the magnet can result in serious injury or death.

NOTICE

The operator must stay clear of the magnet while in operation. If inspection of magnet is required

lockout and tagout the machine.
