For one SIM card using it must be placed in SIM1 slot (default lower slot in SIMholder, it is closer

When FM1100 connected to configurator select in GSM → Operator List section as shown

on the Figure 22 FM11XX Configurator window 2SIM mode setup. There is Operator List for SIM1
and SIM2 and Preferred Roaming Operator List for SIM1 and SIM2.
