Teledyne API T640 PM Mass Monitor

8. When finished, reassemble optics chamber components;

•

Reinsert the nozzle to the top of the optical cell and tighten the screws
to “hand-tight”. Do Not Overtighten the screws.

•

Install the cup to the bottom of optics chamber;

•

Reconnect tubing from cup in bottom of chamber to RH/T sensor

•

Reinstall the ASC support and the tubing from RH/T sensor to the DFU
filter.

When re-installing the ASC support, the tubing from the optical

cell cup to the DFU needs to be routed through the side
(above the diagonal support) of the ASC support.

Pay special attention not to place the support on top of any

wires near the rear-panel and CPU board. The harness
should be out of the way, but it is a good idea to check.

•

Reconnect the flow sensor plugs to the front control board as well as
any additional tubing that was unplugged (i.e. the pulsation dampener
to the pump).
