11.2.
M501-TRS Troubleshooting
11.2.1.
TRS Converter Not Heating:
Problems with heating the If the TRS converter oven can have several causes.
•
The “UUUU” error code shown on the M501-TRS temperature controller
display indicating a problem with the thermocouple
•
Check the resistance across the thermocouple leads for opens or
shorts.
•
Check to make sure that the thermocouple leads are securely
connected to the wiring block at the back of the controller.
•
Make sure that the wiring block/socket is correctly plugged onto
socket on the back of the controller.
•
The set point for the process value is set incorrectly.
•
Check the set value; if it is incorrect, reset it.
•
The controller is not in operational mode.
•
Press the PV/SV switch to return it to operation mode.
•
The heater is malfunctioning.
