Versa User Manual

Carousel motor board

The Carousel Board is located on the carousel mechanism

and can be seen from the front of the instrument. The

Carousel Board is responsible for for the carousel motor,

optical sensor and othe boards. The switch setting should

be set to position “one.”

24V dC board

The 24V DC Board is located on the bottom of the chassis

on the left-hand side. The 24V DC Board is responsible for

power supply to the valco valve, GC/IO board, elevator

board and carousel board.

5V dC board

The 5V DC Board is located on the bottom of the chassis

on the left-hand side. The 5V DC Board is responsible for

power supply to the temperature board and master board.

Pressure transducer board

The Pressure Transducer Board is located in the top

section of the chassis on the left-hand side. The Pressure

Transducer Board controls the communication between

the pressure transducer and Versa TekLink™2G.

generaL troUbLeshooting

Low response Loop

Perform a Leak Check on system

If the leak check fails, retry and cap Vent Bulkhead Fitting.

This will check for a leak or failure of the Vent Valve. Also,

try another non-punctured vial and repeat the Leak Check.
