Description 

Multi-cycle 
sine 

You use this menu option to display 
several cycles with appropriate vertical 
and horizontal scaling. The oscilloscope 
displays Cycle RMS, Frequency, Period, 
and Peak-to-Peak automatic 
measurements.  

Single-
cycle sine 

You use this menu option to set the 
horizontal scale to display about one 
cycle of a waveform. The oscilloscope 
displays Mean and Peak-to-Peak 
automatic measurements. 

FFT  

You use this menu option to convert the 
input time-domain signal into its sine 
wave frequency (spectral) components 
and display the result as a graph of 
frequency versus magnitude (spectrum).
