In this example, assigning TermIdStr1 to 

SMU1

 and Pin 1 to 

3

 connects SMU1 to Pin 3 on the matrix.

If the OpenAll check box is selected, the 

connectpins

 action opens all crosspoints before closing 

the specified pairs. This is the default and is usually the preferred behavior. However, since 

connectpins

 only has eight field pairs, the action can only close eight crosspoints during each run. 

To close more crosspoints, use multiple 

connectpins

 actions.
