Search for and select an existing test
To search for and select an existing test:
1. Select
Tests
.
2. Type
MOSFET
into the search bar, then select
Pulse
in the Filters pane under Measurements.
3. Select the
MOSFET Pulse I-V Drain Family of Curves (pulse-vds-id)
test, then
Add
it to the
project tree. Notice that the device is automatically added.
