Connection of antennas and speakers
CAUTION:
Do not plug the power cord of any component into AC outlets and do not turn their POWER
switches on until all connections have been performed.
FM ANTENNA
Connect the lead-type
FM antenna to the FM
antenna terminal. Secure
it in the location providing
optimum reception.
In an area where FM
signals are weak, 75-ohm
unbalanced-type outdoor
FM antenna(3 elements or
more) is recommended.

Strip insulation
from the ends of
antenna cables.
2.
Loosen the
knob.
3.
Insert wire.
4.
Tighten the
knob.

from the ends of
speaker cables.
2.
Loosen the knob.
3.
Tighten the knob.
Insert wire.
Wire is held
securely.
AM Loop Antenna
To stand the antenna
on a surface, fix the
claw to the slot. After
standing it, position it to
find the best direction
and position for radio
reception.

Connect the

terminal(red)
to the

terminal(red),

Matching Transformer
(optional)
