mix storage cover and mix cover

boot. Close the mix cabinet door.

Note:

Keep the mix cabinet door

closed

(unless filling the mix tank

or during cleaning/sanitizing

procedures) to maintain the
cabinet’s temperature. Leaving the
door open will impair the mix

cabinet refrigeration.

Be sure the mix cabinet door

gasket is in good condition.
