Step 1

Always

open draw valves

to relieve

pressure before disassembly.

Remove the handscrews, freezer

door, beater(s), shoes, scraper

blades, and drive shaft(s). Take

these parts to the sink for cleaning.

Remove the air/mix pump. Unscrew

the flare line and disengage the

pressure line. Pull out the retaining

pin and slide the pump collar down.

Take the entire air/mix pump

assembly to the sink for further

disassembly and brush cleaning.
