Maintenance

Row unit front part

At every end of the planting season, the operator must disassemble the moving parts

of the front part of the seed row unit and check bushings, retainers, rings and rollers. If

necessary, adjust the parts or replace them.

After the cleaning and verification of the components, assemble and lubricate the parts.
Adjust the spring (A) pressure again following the steps on the 'opening the seed

furrows' page.
