Adjustments and operations

Oscillating disc blades (no-till)

• The pressure on the spring (A) must be as minimal as possible so it

will not suffer any deformation and lose the pressure on the disc blade,

what would lead to damages to the equipment.

• Assemble the lock pin (D) as shown on the illustration. If assembled

incorrectly, the lock pin (D) may unlock when facing any obstacle and

thus the disc blade axle may get loose.

The disc blades have lateral oscillation movements to follow the curves on the terrain.
Do not perform sharp turns during work, as this act may cause damages to the row

components.

Vertical and horizontal movements using the self-lubricating bushing.
The vertical oscillation (or flotation) of the disc blades is provided by the spring (A),

which allows the necessary articulation to follow the soil profile and to transpose obstacles.

The disc blades support has a height adjustment and it should be used to increase or

decrease the cutting depth of the disc blades with the help of the bolts (B).

If there is any clearance on the

spring rod, the set is working with

too much pressure, what may lead to

damages to the equipment.

Adjust the nut (C) only to eliminate

clearances.

Avoid to deepen down the disc

blades unnecessarily.
