Remove neck cushion
The neck cushion is a consumable supply.
Replace them if they are extremely dirty or the surface has deteriorated. (available at additional cost)

Hold the snap buttons (4 locations) when removing the neck cushion.
Remove the neck cushion (with neck core) from the neck base.
Unfasten the two snap buttons and remove the neck cushion from the neck core.

Do not press the switches while the chemicals are adhering on the hands.
Leather may be discolored.
Caution
Applying excessive force to remove the neck cushion may damage the parts.
