Call Forwarding / Follow Me
[FwdA]

Forward All
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination. The destination can call back or return
calls to your terminal, and you can still place outgoing calls from your terminal.
If
[FwdA]
or
[eAll]
is activated, a
*FwdAll*
message appears on the top line to remind you that this feature has
been activated at your station, and the Distinctive Dial Tone sounds upon lifting your handset (see
Appendix
B: Tones on page 252
).

Call Forward All activation is also available during an incoming call (when ringing). See

Forward Busy
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when your terminal is busy.

Forward No Answer
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when you do not answer within a
system-defined number of rings.

Forward Busy/No Answer
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when your terminal is busy,
or when you do not answer within a predetermined number of rings.

in one action.
[Undf]
Undefined
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination when your station is unplugged or when
your station has lost its Primary Call Agent because of network problems.
[Time]

[eTim]
Forward Timed
. Forwards your incoming calls to another destination during specific, system-defined time
periods. The system-defined time can include up to two separate time periods, for example, between 12:00pm
and 12:30pm and between 6:00pm and 6:30pm your calls can be forwarded to the front desk.
