This function can be enabled to open/close the gate in case of failure of one of the safety 
devices (photocells or stop). This function requires the installation of a start device 
(normally open contact) on the terminal block 1 or 7 and the setting of the parameter (

E1

 or 

E7

)

 to one of the following functions:

 start, 

oP

 open, 

CL

 close. If this function 

has been enabled and a safety device (stop, internal or external photocell) has been 
active for more than 5 seconds, the gate can be opened/closed following four easy steps: 

1. Turn on the start device 
2. Turn off the start device. The flashing lamp will turn on. 
3. Turn on the start device within 2.5 sec from the flashing of the flashing lamp. The 

display will start the countdown (from 2.5 seconds to 0). 

4. The gate will move in the chosen direction (opening/closing) until the start device 

is on. To stop the gate turn off the start device. 

FOR SAFETY REASONS, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ENABLE THE

ONLY ON WIRED DEVICES (I.E. KEY SELECTORS).

Each time the gate starts, the control board checks the photocells. If no errors are 
detected the motors can be started. Vice versa the motors cannot start and the control 
board display shows

Before each gate movement the motor is tested. If the motor is in thermal protection 
state or it is badly connected the display shows
