6.  Observe  the  output  in  the  console,  which  should  look  similar  to  the  console  output 

shown in Figure 12.

5.3 Executing the Self-Test of the ARC HS38x2 Core 

Follow the steps described below to perform the self-test of the ARC HS38x2 core: 

1.  Connect the ARC SDP Mainboard to your PC using the USB cable, which  must be 

connected to the USB data port of the Mainboard. 

2.  Connect the power supply to the Mainboard and switch ON the Mainboard or press 

the RESET button.
