CLASS RELAY
This class is responsible to set output relay.

This is the destructor for Relay class
void Set(int index, int state);
This method is used to set the state of the relay.
Arguments:
int index
index of the relay (value of 1-4)
int state – new state of the relay (0 – off, 1 – on)
