Viewing call lists
Follow the instructions below to view the 20 most
recently dialed, received, or missed calls.
1. At the Home screen, press the SK1 key. The
Main Menu displays (see Figure 6).
2. Press the Down arrow key until Call Lists is
highlighted.
3. Press the Send key.
4. Press the Down arrow key to highlight Dialed
Calls, Received Calls, or Missed Calls.
5. Press the Send key. The Dialed Calls screen,
Received Calls screen, or Missed Calls screen
displays.
You may also access the list of most
recently dialed calls by pressing the
Up arrow key at the Home screen.
The screen displays a list of the 20 most recently
dialed (starting with the most recent), received, or
missed calls, respectively.
Saving an entry in a call list to the telephone directory
Follow the instructions below to save a dialed,
received, or missed call to the PTC-1800's telephone
directory.
1. Follow the instructions in the “Viewing call lists”
section on the previous page to access the Dialed
Calls screen, Received Calls screen, or Missed
Calls screen.
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to select the
entry in the list that you want to save to the
telephone directory.
3. Press the SK1 key. A small menu displays.
4. Press the Down arrow key to highlight Save.
5. Press the Send key. The first telephone directory
screen displays.
