Transponder is not recognised
•
Make sure you hold one transponder in front of the RFID sensor at a time (see section 6,
clause 8).
•
The transponder must be held close enough to the code lock (no farther than 2 cm) to be
recognised.
•
Only EM transponders with a frequency of 125 kHz can be used.
•
Metal objects can adversely affect a transponder's functionality (for example, if you keep the
transponder in a wallet with metal coins).
New transponder cannot be paired
•

The memory is already occupied. Use another memory cell or clear the existing one before
pairing another transponder on the same memory cell.
The user code does not work

All codes (master code, user codes, standard access code, bypass code, AUX code) must
have the same length. For example, if a master code consists of 5 digits, the user codes must
also have 5 digits.
•
By default, the preset user code for each of the 600 memory cells is “8888”. The number of
digits in the preset user code (5 to 8 digits) for each memory cell depends on the number of
digits in the master code (for example, if the master code has five digits, the preset user code
is “88888”).
•
The master code assumes four digits upon resetting the code lock to factory defaults. If all
codes have been set with a different number of digits (for example, five digits) before resetting,
you cannot enter 5-digit user codes.
Set a master code with the initial number of digits or clear all memory cells with transponders
and user codes.
•
A user code alone is not enough to activate the changeover contact. Refer to section 8. c).
