t) Resetting all settings to factory defaults
The code lock can be reset to factory defaults in case you have forgotten the master code or
want to reprogramme the code lock.
The stored user transponders and the respective user codes will not be deleted.
Important!
All codes (master code, user codes, standard access code, bypass code, AUX code)
must have the same length.
When, for example, all codes consist of 5 digits and you wish to reset the code lock,
the length of the master code defines the length of all other codes.
When access via both transponder and respective user code is set in access mode,
you need to enter only the first four digits of the saved user code.
After resetting, set a new master code with the same number of digits.
You can also clear all memory cells with transponders or user codes after resetting
(see section 8. g).
Perform the following steps:
•
De-energise the code lock and wait for the LED to go off.
•
Keep the door opener button pressed to connect the green cable with GND/-.
•
Reconnect the code lock to the voltage/power supply. Keep the door opener button pressed.
•
The LED will light up green and the blue LED will glow steadily after a few seconds.
•
Now release the door opener button. All settings will be reset to factory defaults, but the
user transponders and respective user codes will be retained and may have to be deleted
separately (see section 8. g).
