13. Troubleshooting

The LED indicators are switched
off. The fan doesn't work.
The mains plug is not plugged into
the mains socket.
Ensure that the mains plug is
plugged into the mains socket.
The on/off switch is in the off
position.
Move the on/off switch to the on
position.
The fan is not level.
Place the fan on a stable, level
surface.
The spray has an unpleasant
smell.
The water in the tank is stale.
Clean the tank and fill it with fresh
water.
The spray function is enabled, but
there is no spray coming from the
spray outlet.
There is insufficient water in the
tank.
Refill the tank.
The connecting piece or the hose
are not connected to the hose
compartment (12).
Ensure that the hose is connected
properly.
The hose compartment is not
attached properly. Water does not
flow to the sprayer.
Check that the hose compartment is
in the correct position.
The fans and/or the front grille do
not rotate.
The fans are blocked.
Turn off the fan using the on/off
switch. Remove the blockage.
The front grille is blocked.
14. Care and cleaning
Do not use abrasive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may damage the
casing or stop the product from functioning properly.
Never submerge the fan under water or allow water to enter the holes on the appliance.

• Remove the batteries from the remote control.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
