5.2.2.5 Sensor Calibration Section
Sensor Calibration parameters should not be
modified unless instructed to do so under the
direction of SuperFlow Service Technician and
then done so by the administrator only.
NOTICE
The
Sensor Calibration
section allows an operator
(USER login) to zero the current pressure and flow
readings and an administrator (SETUP login) to
calibrate the flowbench sensors.
1
Allow Baro Calibration:
Allows an administrator
to select if the calibration values of
Baro
are on
LOCK
(selected in Figure 5.10) or
UNLOCK
. If
UNLOCK
is selected the values can be calibrated
following the steps below.
Baro Calibration Steps:
1. Enable write access to calibration register for
the barometric pressure transducer by pressing
the
UNLOCK
button.
2. Enter the obtain accurate, uncorrected
barometric pressure reading in inches/Hg value
by writing it in the
APPLIED
section.
3. With obtained value entered, press the
ADJUST
button to adjust the calibration value.
4. Calibration is now complete, disable write
access to calibration register for the barometric
pressure transducer by pressing the
LOCK
button.
2
Allow Test Press Calibration:
Allows an
administrator to select if the calibration values of
Test Pressure
are on
LOCK
(selected in Figure 5.10) or
UNLOCK
. If
UNLOCK
is selected the values can be calibrated following the steps below.
3
Allow Test Flow Calibration
:
Allows an administrator to select if the calibration values of
Test Flow
are on
LOCK
(selected in Figure 5.10) or
UNLOCK
. If
UNLOCK
is selected the values can be calibrated
following the steps below.
