SECTION 4: TEST/USE THE INTERVIEW ROOM SYSTEM

button to find the tag. Tag search results will appear on the right side of the window (see below). Click the

tag vide play icon associated with the tag entry to play video. Note that you can adjust the

Post-play

times if

needed. To perform another search, click the

button.

4.3 Export recorded video

When video is exported at the recorder, it is saved, or copied, to a flash media device connected to a USB port on the recorder. Two
common ways to export video include:

•

Exporting video clips during playback

•

Using the Export menu to locate and export video files

Video can also be played back and exported from the recorder through remote access. Refer to the

ALIBI Embedded Video

Recorder Firmware User Manual

for ALI-QVR4000 series recorders for more information about using remote access.

4.3.1

Export video during playback

To export video during playback:

1.

Plug a USB flash media device into a USB port.

2.

Playback the video file that contains the content you want to export.

3.

Using the playback controls, position the video at the frame that begins the content you want to export.
