Custom Trimming Roller and
Crossbeam
Custom trimming your roller may be necessary to fit certain lift constraints or slip di-
mensions. Trimming your roller, Crossbeam and wind guide should only be preformed
by your authorized Sunstream dealer.
2. Remove black plastic end cap from
roller, be careful not to strip out screw
heads.
1. Using measuring device, determine length
needing trimmed off roller.
3. Using miter saw make cut, cut needs to be clean and perpendicular as possible so
not to affect pin rotating in
black plastic cap.
WARNING:
Never cut 124” roller
shorter than 112”
Never cut 136” roller
shorter at all
4. in aluminum tube drill three 7/32 (.218”) holes 1/2”
in from edge, equally spaced.
