Bow Sprit Installation
Steps:
1. With boat raised, in the standard position on
SunLift™
.
2. Insert spreader pipe through hole in end of bow sprit extension tube, hold in place with
cotter pins.
3. Apply anti-seize to all bolt threads before installing nuts.
4. Position bow sprit in the center of
SunLift™
front cross beam. Clamp in place with nuts
and bolts.
5. Insert bow sprit extension tube into welded tube.
6.
Extend bow sprit to be between 0”
-
12” in front of bow, directly below roller.
7. Lock in place with 3/8-
16 x 3.5” bolt and nut.
8. Properly torque all nuts on bow sprit.
