Caution

After adjusting the height of the upper feed plate, fasten the screw for the feed plate lifting
lever fully.
If not, the machine may be broken by the releasing during the operation.

Caution

When the surroundings of the groove of the shuttle upper face spring is scratched or get
rough, a thread may break, the thread strand may release. Check if the shuttle upper face
spring is normal.

6.4 Control of the shuttle upper face spring position

- Separate the lower feed plate and the needle plate in order to adjust the shuttle upper face spring.
- Loosen the screw for the upper face spring and locate vertically the end face of the needle to the A location and

locate horizontally the position of the shuttle upper face spring to balance the center of the needle to the center
of the width B. Then fasten the screw.

6.5 Control of the height of the feed plate

Loosen the screw for the feed plate lifting lever on the
right and left side of the feed bracket. Turn counter
clockwise the feed plate lifting lever “A” to decrease
the height of the upper feed plate. When turning
clockwise the feed plate lifting lever A to increase
the height of the upper feed plate. After adjusting the
height of the upper feed plate, fasten the screw for the
feed plate lifting lever fully.
