Caution
Check out the position of the wiper after controlling the height of PF.
· When the distance is larger, it may cause a bounce.
· When the distance is shorter, it may cause an error of thread controlling.
5.3.8) How to control the height of PF
1) Loosen the screw

for PF at the lowest point of
the needle bar.
2) Control the height of PF at 0.5mm (thickness of
the thread) between the lower face of the PF and a
sewing material. Then fasten the screw.

5.3.9) Control of the hand pulley device
1) Make the hand pulley gear

consistent to the end
of the hand pulley shaft. Then fasten the screw.
2) Adjust the clearance between the hand pulley gear

and the gear

3) When the roller touches the end of the hand pulley
bushing, move and control the bushing to the arrow
direction to decrease the backlash between the gear
