6.11 Control of the parts related to X –Y
6.11.1) Control of X-timing belt tension
1) Move the X-Y slide plate to the right.
2) Loosen the four screws

and then loosen the two screws

of the tension adjusting bracket

3) Control the X- tension adjusting bolt using the tension gauge to widen the loading point by 4mm when the
load of 800g is on the center of the timing belt. After the tension control is complete, fasten the nut fully.
4) Fasten the screw for the X- bracket
Caution
When the tension of the timing belt is set to an excess, the belt may break. When the tension
is too less, the smooth movement to X-direction may be hard.
