Caution
1) When the machine is checked out or maintained, please make sure to observe the safety
regulations for the machine and electricity.
2) Implement the lubrication when the machine is power “off”
6.15 Lubrication
Caution
1) SunStar has no responsibilities regarding the machine breakdown and malfunction
occurred as the regular cleaning and lubrication are not implemented by a user.
2) Adjust properly the cleaning period depending on the using condition and the environment.
6.15.1) Regular checking
1) Keep the machine’s performance by regularly cleaning, lubricating, and injecting the grease regarding the
designated part.
2) Inspect the tension of each driving belt.
3) If the regular checking is not implemented, the following problems may occur.
- Abnormal abrasiveness of each sliding part by the insufficient lubrication and grease injection.
- Abnormal operation by the dusts or foreign substances put in the driving part.
