The equipment shall be dried after passing through condensing environment,
and it is recommended to dry it under ventilation for at least 24 hours.
Before running the equipment, insulation resistance test shall be performed,
and then withstand voltage test after the insulation resistance test is passed:
•
When all the tests pass, the running operation can be continued.
•
If the insulation and withstand voltage test fail, it is required to continue to
dry until the requirements are met.
Generally, the equipment can run normally after 2 rounds of drying.
After completing maintenance and troubleshooting, power on the device in
strict accordance with the instructions in this manual.
2.2.1 Manuals
Very important information about transportation and installation of the PCS are included
in this manual. All the descriptions in this manual, especially those safety-related items,
must be complied with.
•
Please read all the instructions thoroughly prior to any transportation or installation
work on the PCS. Device damage, personal injury and property loss may follow if
otherwise.
•
This manual and relevant documents should be available for relevant persons at all
times.
2.2.2 Personnel
•
Only professional electrician or personnel with professional training can transport or
install the PCS;
•
Operator should be familiar with the construction and working principle of the whole
energy storage system;
•
Operator should be familiar with the PCS Operation Manual and Installation Manual;
•
Operator should be familiar with the country/local specific standards.
2.2.3 Markings on the PCS
•
PCS enclosure and interior warning labels contain important warning and safety
information. Do not tear or damage it.
•
Nameplates located in the back panel and inside the front door contain very
important PCS parameter information. Do not tear or damage them.
