HotSlot Panel Installation

1.

Determine the layout of the system. Place full-sized HotSlot
panels flush to each end of the roof. Tuck top edge under second
course of shingles.

2.

The remaining panels shall be installed between the end panels,
and have a minimum 0.25" gap between them.

3.

Miter cut HotSlot Panel at valleys, leaving clearance for Radiant
Edge Valley system.

For a more waterproof installation on existing shingle roofs, apply a heavy
bead of caulking on the bottom side of the panel around each attachment
hole and along the top flange edge.
