12.5 Cleaning the Condensate Strainer
The internal strainer of the drain valve should be cleaned at
least every four to six months.
•
Unscrew the cap at the bottom side of the drain valve.
•
Remove the strainer.
•
Clean the strainer with compressed air.
•
Replace the strainer.
•
Tighten the cap firmly, but do not over-tighten.
12.6 Replacing the Coolant Pump
Be

sure to recover the coolant – don’t dispose of it. Coolant tank capacities are
cated in Section 2.3. The total amount of coolant in the circuit is approximately 5 to
10% above tank capacity. Coolant is 42% glycol, 58% water. Proper tools may be
required to verify the correct mixture if coolant is being added.
•
Remove the coolant from the charge/discharge port on the bottom of the coolant tank.
•
Remove the old pump by disconnecting it from the system at the flanges.
•
Replace flange gaskets and install the new pump.
•
Recharge the coolant from the charging/discharging port.
