Procedure according to item 3.1.1.
Tread lubricate with Klüber Isoflex NBU 15 (1). Polygon
shaft lubricate with Klüber Centoplex (2).

rOuBleshOOting
If the machine is malfunctioning, this is signaled to the
superordinate control (A0.0) and can be acknowledged
once it has successfully been eliminated.
For troubleshooting and identifying the causes, the op-
erating software and the control and regulating modules
output the most common problems as fault messages.
When a thread has been cut, but the process terminated
before completion, the home command causes the unit to
advance to home in sync with the active pitch. This helps
to prevent damage to attachments or the time consuming
removal of attachments during machining.
If error codes are displayed on the drives, the diagnostics
manual from Bosch Rexroth must be consulted.

If despite strict observance of the manufacturing and test-
ing method the machine should happen to fail, it must be
repaired by an authorized SUHNER agency.
In all orders to the manufacturer please indicate the com-
ponent serial number (1).

In the event of the tool being improperly handled, used
for purposes for which it is not intended and/or of the ser-
vice and maintenance instructions not being observed by
non-authorized persons, no warranty shall be in effect for
damages/consequential damages. Complaints can only
be honored if the machine is returned in the undisassem-
bled condition.

This machine consists of materials which can be dis-
posed of in a recycling process. Before disposal, render
the machine unusable. Do not throw the machine into the
garbage collection.
According to national regulations this machine
must be recycled in an environmentally-friendly
manner.
