SUBARU SOLTERRA CONNECT OVERVIEW
Subaru Solterra Connect services* are designed to add convenience features to your drive
and provide help in your time of need. These include Automatic Collision Notification,
Stolen Vehicle Location, SOS Emergency Assistance, and Enhanced Roadside Assistance.
Located in the overhead console of your Solterra is the SOS button, linking you to the
Solterra Connect Customer Care Center that is there to support you 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
Flip down the protective cover and press the SOS button for SOS Emergency Assistance*
in the event of an emergency, or to reach a Solterra Connect Customer Care Agent for
Enhanced Roadside Assistance.*
During an emergency, The answering agent will determine your vehicle’s location, assess
the emergency, and dispatch the necessary assistance. Enhanced Roadside Assistance
can help with a wide range of needs, such as: towing, flat tire, etc. For a description of the
Enhanced Roadside Assistance services and their limitations, please see the Subaru
Solterra Connect Terms and Conditions.
