KEYLESS ENTRY
1 Lock/Arm
• Press the lock/arm button to lock the doors, including the
back door, and to activate the security alarm. A chirp
sounds and the hazard warning lights flash once.
2 Unlock/Disarm
• Press the unlock/disarm button once to unlock the driver’s
door. Two chirps sound and the hazard warning lights flash
twice. To unlock all the doors, including the back door,
briefly press the button twice.
3 A/C
• Press and hold the A/C button to operate the remote
climate control system at a predetermined temperature. To
cancel operation, press the A/C button twice or unlock and open any door.
4 Power Back Door (if equipped)
• Press and hold to automatically unlock and open/close the Power Back Door.
5 Panic Alarm
• Press the panic alarm button for about one second to sound the horn and flash the
hazard warning lights.
• Press any button on the access key fob to deactivate the panic alarm.
Digital Key (if equipped)
For added convenience and connectivity, a smartphone can be used instead of the access
key fob by installing the SUBARU SOLTERRA CONNECT app on your smartphone. The
Digital Key can also be shared with your family or friends using the Solterra Connect app.
Install the Solterra Connect app, register the vehicle to your profile, and subscribe to
Remote Connect and Drive Connect to enroll in Digital Key.
