Do not attempt to repair the dama-
ge yourself. This will void the war-
ranty.

Switch off the Vaporizer immedi-
ately.

Disconnect the Vaporizer from the
power source.

Contact our Service Center directly.
X
Send the defective Vaporizer to our
Service Center for repair.

10.1 Possible Faults / Troubleshooting
Fault Possible Cause/Remedy
Vaporizer cannot be
switched on.
Make sure that the battery is charged.
LED display flashes
alternately red/blue.
Battery temperature is either too high or too low.
Let the Vaporizer either cool down or warm up.
LED display flashes blue. Battery is empty. Connect the Power Adapter or Car
Charger.
LED display flashes
alternately red/green.
The USB cable is not suitable. Use the supplied
USB cable.
LED display flashes
alternately red/orange.
The Vaporizer is faulty.
10.3 Disposal

After the warranty period, dis-
pose of an irreparable Vaporizer
through the material cycle or
send it to our Service Center for
disposal.
