Fuselage Construction

Align  and  bond  balsa  fuselage  sides  FSa  / 

FSb and Inner crutch sides F0a / F0b.

☐

Dry  fit  ply  former  F2  to  center  crutch  F00. 

Ensure that the etching on F2 faces forward.

☐

Fit  balsa  former  F4  to  end  of  center  crutch.  

holes in former extend below F00 crutch.

☐

Fit  first  inner  crutch  side  F0  (created  in first 

step) spanning center crutch assembly.

☐

Fit  F1  firewall  and  second  F0  to  assembly.  

Ensure that the etching on F1 faces forward.

☐

Fit instrument panel F2 to assembly.
