Final Assembly Continued

Mount faux  glow  head to top leading edge of 

fuselage.

☐

Carefully  inflate  #6  Trexler  tires  with  hand 

pump.   

DO  NOT  OVER  INFLATE.

 Tires  and 

hand pump not included.

Once  inflated,  twist  valve  stem  then  wrap 

stem around spool/hub tucking stem in under 

tire.

☐

Install wheel  to  landing  gear  and retain  with 

rubber bushing.

☐

Use  a  hot  soldering  iron  to  open  hole  in 

covering for landing gear lug installation.

☐

Install 3/16 in. dia. landing gear lug dowel per 

location on  plan  set.    Mount  landing gear  to 

lug with  small  black  rubber  band.    Use  one 

band per side, start band on dowel then wrap 

around  loop  of  gear  and  back  to  dowel.  

Increase number of wraps  to reduce spring of 

landing gear.
