Wing Construction

Align ply parts W8 and W9 to ribs R1. Use

the 1/8 in. holes in parts and etching on ribs

to align. Make mirrored right and left R1 rib

assemblies as illustrated.

Install R1 ribs to slots at center of W2 lower

spar assembly.

☐

Key ribs R2 and R3 to notches in W2 spar

assembly. Tack glue to retain.

Install both W10 ply parts spanning R1 rib

assemblies. Tack glue to retain.

Install W4 trailing edge to assembly. Tack

glue to retain.

☐

Install W1 top spar to assembly.
