MUST be attached to the outside of the packing crate.

IMPORTANT

A full decontamination MUST be done when shipping equipment to supplier
for any reason, including returns for repair or servicing. If a completed
Decontamination Certificate is not visible on outside of shipping crate, courier
and/or supplier CAN REFUSE to accept item(s).

Performing a Full Decontamination After Standing Idle

If the sonic irrigator is not used for more than a week, or more than a week has
passed since the last decontamination, the procedure below should be performed
before using the equipment to process instruments.

WARNING — Chemical burn and/or eye injury hazard

Chemicals are caustic and can cause adverse effects to exposed tissues.

l

DO NOT get chemicals in eyes, on skin, or attempt to consume orally.

l

Read and follow the precautions and instructions on the chemical label
and in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) prior to handling a chemical,
changing chemical containers, or servicing the chemical injection pumps
and lines.

l

Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever
handling chemicals or servicing the chemical injection pumps and lines.
This should include plastic gloves, goggles or a full-face visor, and a
disposable plastic apron.

l

Guidelines to be followed in case of emergency caused by chemical
contact should be displayed prominently near the equipment.
