Wash Pressure

This sets the minimum irrigation pressure
required for instrument cleaning. If the pressure
falls below the set limit during irrigation flushing,
the cycle will abort and

Error 56

appears on the

display.

IMPORTANT

The

Wash Pressure

parameter is primarily designed for use with robotic

instruments where confirmation of a minimum irrigation pressure provides
assurance of effective instrument cleaning.

Using a wash program that includes a

Wash Pressure

parameter when

none is required by the instruments being processed, may cause the wash
cycle to abort with

Error 56: Low Irrigation Pressure

.

The

Wash Pressure

parameter should be set no-higher than the minimum

irrigation pressure required for the instruments to be processed. Setting an
unnecessarily high

Wash Pressure

may cause the wash cycle to abort with

Washing

On the left is the quantity of

detergent

dispensed (0 to 2000 ml, or 0 to 67.6 fl.oz). In
the center is the

water temperature

(0 °C to

+60 °C, or +32 °F to +140 °F). On the right is
the

duration

in minutes (0 to 40).

Rewash

In the center is the

number of times

the tank

fluids will be used for washing (0 to 10). If value
is set to zero, rewash is not performed and tank
fluids are drained after every washing stage.
